About
My journey as a writer has always been rooted in a deep curiosity about people, their behaviors and the invisible threads that shape our lives and the inner worlds we rarely speak about openly. I have always been drawn to what lives beneath the surface, the unspoken emotions, the patterns we repeat, and the stories we carry long after events have passed.
My background in psychology informs how I think, but my writing is shaped just as much by my personal experiences. I am interested in how people adapt, how they survive difficult seasons, and how resilience often shows up in unexpected ways. Much of what I write about comes from observing real moments, real relationships, and the emotional landscapes around them.
Healing the Inner Chaos grew out of a desire to create and express something that feels honest and human. It is a place where healing is not rushed, and where reflection matters more than resolution. I write about mental health, relationships, grief, vulnerability, and growth, not as abstract ideas but as life experiences that shape how we move through the world.
What makes my work meaningful is the chance to share not just ideas, but also parts of myself. My hope is that readers see themselves in my words, embrace both the broken and beautiful parts of their own journey, and discover resilience in places they may have overlooked before.
Beyond writing, my life is grounded in simple, meaningful things. I paint, I listen to music, and I volunteer at my child’s school. I am raising two children and learning alongside them every day, shaped as much by their questions as by my own. And always nearby is Mars, my Sheepadoodle, whose presence reminds me that comfort, loyalty, and connection often show up in the simplest forms.
