I hold a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Pittsburg State University (2001) and a Master of Arts in Psychology (Counseling) from Osmania University (1997). Since then, I have worked extensively with adults, young adults and seniors in community mental health, private and educational settings.

 

I specialize in treating anxiety and depression, using cognitive-behavioral techniques and mindfulness-based strategies, and a variety of therapeutic modalities to support clients in their healing journey.

 

As a multilingual therapist fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu, I am able to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. I also offer a highly flexible schedule to accommodate each client’s unique needs.
