I am a writer and blogger who has always been curious about people. I want to understand how we think, feel, and connect. I am especially interested in how we affect each other, often without realizing it.

I started writing in middle school. Poetry was my first way of putting feelings into words. As life got busy and responsibilities grew, writing slowly faded out. Coming back to it now feels like a choice. It feels like returning to something that has always mattered to me, shaped by real life and change.
I explore this return to writing more fully in my blog My Journey With Words.

I have a background in psychology and many years of experience working with different people. That experience shows up in my writing. What I write is influenced by training and clinical work, as well as personal experience. I pay close attention to patterns in behavior, relationships, and the ways people make sense of their lives.

Through my blog, Healing the Inner Chaos, I share a space for reflection. I write about mental health, relationships, and resilience in a clear and honest way. I do not try to offer answers or tell people what to do. My goal is to help readers pause, think, and understand themselves a little better.

What matters most to me as a writer is authenticity. I share ideas alongside pieces of my own journey. I hope readers recognize themselves in the words, feel less alone, and find resilience in places they may not have thought to look. Here, I write with the experience from the work I do and what life has taught me.
