Art as Healing

Before I ventured into writing as a form of expression, my main stress relief was always visual art. I mostly work with freestyle acrylics, pencil sketching, and some watercolors, a passion that started when I was very young, thanks to my artfully talented maternal family. Most of my work is self-taught, often influenced by other artists and their creations that serve as my muses. These days, I paint when I can, though I’m often short on time for hobbies. Writing has become my main outlet for stress relief now.
